Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description: This position would report to the Project Executive. Must be able to work closely with the Superintendent. Must be able to multi-task, plan, coordinate, direct and supervise personnel, subcontractors, and vendors engaged on projects ensuring that they complete the work on time, within budget and to the quality specified. Would be responsible to protect and promote the interest of TBG in all matters.

Overall Experience: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two-years of formal engineering or architectural training and at lease 4 years of building construction experience required. Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, line and grade (survey), estimating and engineering principals and techniques, as well as accounting principles. Familiar with various construction methods and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances. Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Projects of programs. Knowledge of Prolog Manager and Primavera scheduling desirable. Very strong English oral & written communication skill are a must.

Required Education: Four-year college degree

Required Skills: Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Performing this job requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
